One bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds. To ensure your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Inside, you will find a beautifully rustic living room complete with two sofas, a fireplace, and satellite TV, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is a true highlight, boasting a large private swimming pool with a sun terrace and a charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy the great view of the mountains and the coastline in peace. The property also features a porch, perfect for morning coffees or evening wine.

Located just a short trip (approximately 4-5 km) from the white village of Cómpeta, you have easy access to essential amenities including small supermarkets, bakers, restaurants, pharmacies, and tourist information. The journey to the finca is primarily via a tarmac road, though the final stretch is quite steep; however, it remains accessible for normal cars with reasonable ground clearance.

• Pets: Allowed (maximum 2) with a €50 supplement paid in cash upon arrival
• Late Arrival: A €50 charge applies for arrivals after 21:30
• Heating: Floor central heating is available for an extra charge of €30 per night (please request 1 week prior to arrival)
