As the largest apartment in the house, this 88 m² retreat blends modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere, featuring stunning wooden beams and a first-class location that offers fabulous views from its east-facing covered balcony.

The layout is designed for family harmony and relaxation. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom offers a large double bed under a sloping ceiling, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, perfect for children. For additional guests, the living area includes a cozy pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom is a true highlight, equipped with a glass shower, a bathtub, a double vanity with an illuminated mirror, and a convenient separate toilet.

Designed for seamless living, the open-concept space includes a fully equipped corner kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. The living area is centered around a large dining table for six and a comfortable corner sofa with a smart TV. For year-round comfort, the home is outfitted with air conditioning, underfloor heating, roller blinds, and insect screens. Additional conveniences like a washing machine, cot, and high chair are available upon request.

Outdoor living is an integral part of the experience. Guests have access to a big shared garden with a lawn, barbecue, and table tennis. You can pick seasonal fruit and berries directly from the garden or use the provided handcart to transport beach gear to the nearby lake. For those arriving by vehicle, free parking is available directly in front of the house, including an EV charging station. A secure, video-surveilled bike room with e-bike charging and tools is also provided.

Located just a short stroll from the water, the Strandbad Krainz beach is approximately a 5-minute walk away, with entry included in your stay. From May to October, guests receive the Aktiv Card Südkärnten for free, granting access to over 30 activities and free train travel throughout Carinthia.
