The home is thoughtfully distributed over two floors. The ground floor features a living-dining room anchored by comfortable leather sofas and a flat-screen TV with DVD. Wooden doors lead from the living area to a spacious covered terrace and a large, very nice Roman-style swimming pool, both furnished for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is small and rustic in style yet fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and dishwasher. This level also includes a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and a convenient bathroom with a shower.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the upper floor, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). The layout includes two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a single bed. To support energy saving and efficiency initiatives, air conditioning in the bedrooms is available from 20:00h to 06:00h, though these hours are extended during July and August.

The exterior of the property is truly spacious. Guests can enjoy the enormous 6.5 x 13 m swimming pool and its surrounding solarium terrace, providing spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The covered terrace serves as an ideal spot for family meals in the shade.
