This charming family villa has many interesting features including oak beamed ceilings, exposed interior stone walls, terracotta tiles throughout and hand crafted, inlaid, cobblestone floors. On entering through the oak studded door is the attractive hallway with cobblestone floor. Straight ahead doors lead into the spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a comfortable three piece sofa suite, feature fireplace and double doors to the rear of the dining area leading out onto the side covered terrace with comfy seating.

Please note that prices exclude the tourism tax according to Law 2/2016, of March 30, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism. Before your arrival you will receive an email or sms with a link to pay the tourist tax.

€ 2.00 + VAT (10%) per night and person.

1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).

2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .

3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
