The sleeping arrangements include one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms (consisting of four beds total). For added convenience, the master bedroom and two of the other double rooms provide direct access to the terrace. The three bathrooms are well-appointed, with one featuring a bathtub and two equipped with showers.

Inside, the living room serves as a cozy hub for relaxation, complete with satellite television and a DVD player, with windows that open directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for long-term stays, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and a variety of cooking utensils. A small utility room with a washing machine and sink ensures all your laundry needs are met.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this villa. A large 10 x 5 meter Roman-style swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a lush lawn and includes an outdoor shower.
