Upstairs, you will find a master double bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom and superb views of the bay. To ensure a restful stay, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Step outside to experience the property's most stunning features. The home boasts a lovely covered terrace and a shaded dining veranda that overlooks a perfectly maintained lawned garden bordered by shade trees. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private outdoor swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m) or host an outdoor feast at the charcoal barbecue area located at the rear of the villa. From the garden and upper bedrooms, you can take in fantastic panoramic views of the sea, the bay of Pollensa, and the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana.

Inside, the home is very well equipped for a seamless stay. The spacious lounge and dining room include satellite TV, DVD, and CD players, flowing into a modern, fully fitted kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and washing machine.

Located in a tranquil setting, La Alzina is conveniently positioned near the road connecting Sa Pobla and Alcudia. Both the local town center and the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are approximately 3 km away.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed, the home is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted. In accordance with Law 2/2016, a tourist tax of € 2.00 + VAT (10%) per person per night applies, with discounts available for children under 15 and extended stays.
