About Property

Discover the breathtaking beauty of Villa Llop, a stunning and beautifully decorated retreat nestled on a wooded hillside in Pollença. This elegant sanctuary offers magnificent views of the open countryside and spectacular mountains, all framed by mature, well-tended gardens that create a sense of total seclusion and privacy.

Designed for flexibility and space, the property is distributed over multiple levels, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. A unique aspect of the villa is the annex, which provides two separate areas of accommodation joined by an interconnecting door. One section houses a restful twin bedroom with an en suite walk-in shower and a well-furnished living, dining, and kitchen area. The second portion of the annex includes a double bedroom with a separate shower room and a comfortably furnished living-dining space. Beamed ceilings and pastel walls add to the airy charm of these spaces.

Ascending to the main house, guests are welcomed into a spacious, light-filled living-dining area showcasing fabulous views in all directions. This tastefully furnished space is decorated with beautiful paintings by the owner, a professional artist. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and can be separated by a sliding door. The main house also contains two generously sized bedrooms—one double and one twin—which share a large bathroom featuring a sunken bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is central to the experience here. A cobbled terrace leads to a raised-level swimming pool with ladder entry steps, surrounded by olive trees and rural vistas. Guests can relax in the beautiful sauna, enjoy a meal from the built-in BBQ, or engage in some friendly competition with the table tennis table.

Located just a short drive or pleasant bike ride from the historic center of Pollença, guests have easy access to vibrant shops, restaurants, and galleries, while remaining only approximately 6 km from the beach.
