Designed for two guests, this charming studio apartment features a spacious open-concept layout. The interior is defined by authentic lava stone floors, wooden ceilings, and whitewashed original lava stone walls, complemented by a brick sofa and a built-in wardrobe. The property includes one bedroom area with one double bed and one well-appointed daylight bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. A separate kitchen and dining area for two provide everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a filter coffee machine and toaster.

Step through the large wooden door in the dining area to find your own private, secluded terrace and a small, charming garden. This outdoor sanctuary is planted with cacti and aloe vera, highlighted by a typical Canarian dragon tree. Guests can relax on teak deckchairs under a palm-leaf sunshade or enjoy a meal prepared on the provided barbecue. For a moment of quiet reflection, the common courtyard of the finca offers a sheltered space shaded by an ancient ficus tree.
