The villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include three rooms with double beds and two rooms with two single beds each, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each of the five cozy double rooms is an ensuite with its own private entrance from the patio, ensuring privacy and convenience. Room-specific details include remote-controlled ceiling fans for warm summer nights, coffee and tea making facilities, and individual safes.

Common areas are designed for togetherness, featuring a spacious indoor lounge with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV with satellite access and Netflix, and a professionally equipped self-catering kitchen. The outdoor area is where the holiday feeling truly comes alive, boasting a big lush garden, a roof terrace, and a private pool with a built-in jacuzzi (seasonally heated for a surcharge). Guests can enjoy the grill area with both gas and coal BBQs, a bar, and various indoor and outdoor seating areas.

For active guests, Finca Bilou is a bicycle-friendly destination in a trendy cycling location, providing a covered and lockable bike shed and a tool workshop for minor repairs. The estate is also ideal for wellness retreats, such as yoga or meditation.

Located just 2km from the center of Aigües, guests have easy access to a historic old town, local bars, restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy. The property is also situated within 10 minutes of the promenade and beach of El Campello, and is close to Alicante and Benidorm.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (small dogs up to 30 cm; size and number must be agreed upon in advance)
• House Rules: No youth groups. Non-smoking. No loud chatter or music outside after 12:30 AM. Third-party visitors are prohibited without permission.
• Legal: Passport copies for all guests 14+ are required by law before arrival. Stays longer than 10 days require a seasonal rental contract.
• Additional Notes: Electricity for winter stays (Nov-March) is included up to 350 KwH per month; additional use is charged at €0.35 per KwH. Seasonal heating and pool heating incur extra surcharges.
