The heart of the home is the large kitchen, perfectly appointed with a dining table and a convenient breakfast bar for casual meals.

Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, this property places you just steps—or a short bike ride—from charming local shops and restaurants. • Rental Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. We do not rent to students or anyone under 25. A ratio of one parent for every two people under 25 is required.
• Important Notice: The Homeowners Association has advised that elevator replacement will take place from November 2026 to December 2026. During this time, guests will need to use the stairs to access the condo.

Guests are provided with a welcome kit containing initial dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a sponge, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash liners, and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also supplied; guests are asked to replenish supplies for longer stays. Beach chair rentals for stays between March and October can be booked through Barefoot Beach Service online or directly at the beach.
