The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is stocked with essential shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Inside, you will find a living room with a cozy sectional and a 65" Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook up a storm, featuring a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a drip coffee maker, along with a complete set of knives, pots, pans, and serving utensils. For added convenience, an ensuite washer/dryer is available with laundry pods and dryer sheets provided.

Note: This is a legal lower suite with separate heating, ventilation, and entrances. A set of stairs is required to access the main floor, while the rest of the unit is single-level. The backyard is a shared space with the upper-level suite.
