About Property

Experience the charm of the Jurassic Coast at Prince of Wales Road, a delightful holiday home in Dorset, England, perfect for families and friends seeking an unforgettable getaway. This stunning property is ideally located for those who love the outdoors, sitting directly on the Rodwell Trail, a nature trail that leads guests toward the golden sands of Sandsfoot beach in one direction and the vibrant town centre in the other.

Designed for comfort and effortless style, the home accommodates up to six guests. The layout features three bedrooms and one bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include two elegant double rooms with crisp white bedding and premium linens, alongside a third bedroom with twin single beds, making it an ideal setup for children or teenagers. Each room embraces a soothing neutral palette and calm coordinated furnishings, including a period fireplace in the middle bedroom for added character.

The heart of the home is a bright, welcoming space. The ground floor is largely open plan, featuring a cosy living room with high ceilings and a sumptuous sofa. The beautifully styled, modern kitchen is fully equipped for a seamless self-catering stay, featuring rustic worktops and a dishwasher. For relaxation, the contemporary bathroom offers dark, spa-like tiles, a deep bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and an illuminated, heated mirror.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private courtyard with seating. The property is situated in a picturesque seaside town on the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
