Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and versatility, accommodating up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom provides a queen-sized bed along with an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed, ensuring plenty of space for the whole group.

Inside, you will find a bright, coastal-inspired living space tailored for relaxation. The open-concept living room is filled with light from canal-facing windows and includes comfy seating and a large TV. A fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space allows for easy meal prep, complemented by a dining area perfect for family-style dinners.

Outdoor living is where Casa Marina truly shines. Guests can step onto a spacious canal-front deck to enjoy peaceful water views, morning coffee, or evening relaxation. The property features a private boat slip for seamless access to the canal and West Bay, as well as an outdoor bar area ideal for cocktails and grilling.

Located in the Sea Isle beach community, you are only a 2-minute drive from the beach access point. Guests enjoy community perks including a boat launch and fishing pier, as well as access to a seasonal community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) for an additional fee.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway space for 4 cars; no street parking, lawn, or neighbor driveway parking permitted. Oversized vehicles/trailers require explicit approval.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Pets must stay off furniture, be cleaned up after outside, and be crated if left alone indoors.
• House Rules: No parties allowed. Guests must be 24+ to book. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. AC must not be set below 70 degrees to prevent freezing. No jumping or diving into the canal; children must be supervised.
• Policies: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Evictions due to rule violations (noise, excessive guests/vehicles) result in an $850 fine.
