• Policies: No pets allowed ($500 violation fee). This is a non-party home; unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Restrictions: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, incense, glitter, confetti, and streamers are strictly prohibited.
• Security: Valid ID and selfie verification are required. Guests must choose between a Stay Protection Plan or a $700 refundable security deposit. All guests must be declared on the reservation.
