Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late departures incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes. This is a non-party home; unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed, and violations will result in a $500 fee. Glitter, confetti, and streamers are forbidden.

Pre-arrival requirements include a verified guest portal process, ID and selfie verification, and a signed rental agreement. Guests must choose between a non-refundable Stay Protection Plan or a $400 refundable security deposit (required for stays over 30 nights). All guests must be declared on the reservation to avoid trespassing issues or a $50 per-person fee. Please note that mailbox access is not provided.
