Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This unit utilizes a contact-less check-in and check-out process via a front door keypad. Please be aware that a $500 security deposit is held.

Important Rules & Restrictions:

• Minimum rental age is 25 years. For non-family groups, all guests must meet this requirement.
• Strictly no smoking, vaping, cigars, or pipes inside the unit or on balconies; a $500 fine and eviction apply if smoke is detected.
• No pets allowed ($500 fee if remnants are found).
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called).
• No motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, boats, or golf carts allowed on-site.
• No carts, luggage racks, beach wagons, roll-away beds, or cribs are permitted inside the condo at any time.

Note: Effective 3/26/2025, all balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. Ongoing building work, including roof and parking structure repairs, may result in noise and intermittent pool closures through 2026.
