The sleeping arrangements include a large primary bedroom with a king bed and balcony access, as well as additional bedrooms featuring queen beds. The primary bathroom is an highlight, offering a separate tub and stand-up shower.

Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee if remnants are found. The minimum rental age is 25 years. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and a $50 fee applies if security is called for loud noise. Please be advised that trailers, campers, RVs, motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted in the parking lot. A $500 security deposit is held for every stay.
