The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a King bed in the master suite, a Queen bed in the third bedroom, and a combination of one Queen and Twin bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Spanning 1,400 square feet, the home is filled with fresh updates, including all-new flooring, paint, furniture, bedding, and decorations.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $500 security hold is required and is released 3 days after check-out provided no damage occurs. Please note that the minimum rental age is 25 years. No pets, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside the unit or on the balcony; a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected. Additionally, noise must be kept low after 10 PM to avoid a $50 security fee. Trailers, campers, RVs, motorcycles, and golf carts are not allowed onsite.

Important Notice: Effective 3/26/2025, all balconies are closed for safety reasons. Extensive building work, including roof and guardrail replacement, will be ongoing through 2026, which may result in noise and periodic pool closures. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to the property.
