Additionally we will send you a 2nd required rental agreement from the property that states you agree to their specific property rules NOTE: Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years old. There is no exception to this. This property has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, and there are not exceptions. OCCUPANCY: In March The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children).
