Welcome to Casa 5, a spacious poolside suite in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, designed as an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers. This 41 m² haven combines modern comfort with a calm atmosphere, offering significantly more room than a classic studio to ensure a relaxing stay. The suite is perfectly positioned so that the pool is right outside your door, providing immediate access to refreshment and leisure.

The layout consists of one bedroom with one bed and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The open-plan suite features a clear layout with a combined living and sleeping area that includes a comfortable double bed and an additional sofa bed. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer direct views of the pool, while a modern bathroom ensures a functional and well-equipped experience. For those needing to stay connected or work remotely, the suite is enhanced with digital comforts including a Smart TV and a Sonos sound system. Air conditioning is installed to guarantee a pleasant indoor climate regardless of the season.

Additionally, a baby cot can be provided upon request for €12 per week, subject to limited availability.

Use of outdoor areas

The pool, garden, barbecue area and lounge with table football are available to all guests for free use

A reservation via the QR code on site is required for the barbecue area

Grill cutlery is provided – charcoal must be brought along (also available in the shop)

Laundry hanging

Laundry may only be dried in your own house, on your own terrace or in the laundry room

Hanging in common areas as well as reserving the sun loungers is prohibited

We reserve the right to remove corresponding items

Damages

Please report any damage or loss directly on site so that replacement can be arranged promptly

The guest is liable for larger damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory as well as heavily soiled linens or towels

Safety

Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit

The emergency number in Portugal is 112

If equipment is used, please let us know so we can replace it
