The ground level features a generous living and dining area centered around a fully equipped open kitchen. The distinctive character of the exposed stone and terracotta tiles is complemented by modern furnishings, while a cozy fireplace provides warmth on cooler evenings. For additional guests, a comfortable sofa bed is conveniently located on this main level.

Upstairs, the residence transforms into a quiet retreat. The spacious bedroom offers ample storage and plenty of room to unwind, while an open gallery enhances the sense of space without sacrificing privacy. A modern bathroom equipped with a shower completes the interior layout.

Check-in / out Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out until 11 am. Flexible arrival and departure times are possible on request.

Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Pets Pets are allowed - but only with prior notice. A charge of €11 per night applies. A maximum of two dogs per unit is allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and are not allowed on sofas or beds.

Quiet hours Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., nighttime quiet must be respected. Music and TV may be used – please keep windows and doors closed at high volume.

Visitors Visitors are allowed, but may not stay overnight. Please ensure a moderate number of visitors.

Garbage separation In Portugal, waste separation is mandatory (paper, plastic, glass, residual waste). The corresponding garbage containers are located in the room to the left of the entrance gate. The access code is the same as for your house.

Air conditioning & energy Please keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is on. When you leave the house, please turn off the air conditioning. The system is fully operated with green electricity.

fireplace In houses with a fireplace, this can be used – only with suitable firewood. If desired, 10 kg bags can be purchased from us for €6.

Towels The white towels from the bathrooms may not be used at the pool or beach. Special beach towels are available for this purpose: – €5 per week and piece for rent – €15 one-time per item for purchase

Laundry & Cleaning Final cleaning is included. Weekly cleaning is provided for longer stays. Intermediate cleaning can be requested on request and for an extra charge. There is a vacuum cleaner in every house. A washing machine is available in the communal laundry room. Laundry may be hung in your own house, on your own terrace or in the laundry room. A dryer is not provided.

Use of outdoor areas The pool, garden, barbecue area and lounge with table football are available to all guests for free use. A reservation via the QR code on site is required for the barbecue area. Grill cutlery is provided – charcoal must be brought along (also available in the shop).

Linens & sofa beds Some houses have sofa beds that can be used for an extra fee. Additional linens or towels can be requested if needed.

Laundry hanging Laundry may only be dried in your own house, on your terrace or in the laundry room. Hanging in common areas as well as reserving the sun loungers is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such items.

Damages Please report any damage or loss directly on site so that replacement can be arranged promptly. The guest is liable for larger damages. We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory as well as heavily soiled linens or towels.

Safety Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. The emergency number in Portugal is 112. If equipment is used, please let us know so we can replace it.
