The A Side serves as the main hub, featuring a large living and dining area and a kitchen. This section includes a bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom with a shower, while the living area provides a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The B Side is designed as a studio-style retreat, boasting a King bed and its own full bathroom equipped with both a tub and shower. For added convenience, this studio includes direct exterior access and a kitchenette outfitted with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and sink, along with a small table and chairs.\n\nGuests can stretch out and enjoy an open floor plan that flows naturally toward a screened porch, perfect for breathing in the salt air. To ensure a seamless stay, the villa provides sheets and towels, and all beds are professionally made prior to your arrival.\n\nWhile the structured amenities list is limited, this villa offers a range of high-quality features and shared facilities: \n- Full kitchen with dishwasher\n- Washer and dryer\n- Three flat-screen Smart TVs\n- Screened porch\n- Wireless internet access\n- Access to a shared outdoor pool (open mid-April to mid-October)\n- Shared charcoal grill\n- Pool house with a sauna\n- Complimentary dockage at the floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor (first-come, first-serve; advance arrangement required)\n- Fish cleaning bench\n\nPractical details for your stay include a check-in time of 5:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM.
