Departure Requirements: Guests must vacate by 10:00 AM to avoid a $50.00 late fee; delays over two hours may incur the full daily room rate. To avoid a non-compliance charge of $100.00 or more, guests are asked to return furniture to original locations, turn off lights and electronics, remove all food from the refrigerator and pantry, and place used linens and towels in a pile on the bedroom floor. Please ensure all trash is taken to outside bins and all doors and windows are locked upon departure.
