To maintain the quality of the home, we ask that you treat the space with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. Please remove your shoes upon entering. There is an absolute ban on smoking of any kind inside the home; violations will result in a $250 fine. Parties are strictly prohibited. Well-trained dogs are welcome with a pet fee, provided they stay off the furniture and beds and are cleaned up after outside. Please note that cats are not allowed.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We believe in giving our guests their space to enjoy the home uninterrupted, but we are always just a text or phone call away if you have any questions.
