Our house rules strictly prohibit smoking of any kind inside the home; violations will result in a $250 fine. Additionally, parties are absolutely not permitted.

We are happy to welcome dogs (with a pet fee), though we do not accept cats or any other pets. To maintain the quality of the home, dogs must be fully housebroken, kept off of all furniture and beds, and fully cleaned up after when outdoors.
