To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask that you treat the home with respect. Please remove shoes upon entering. Smoking of any kind is absolutely prohibited inside the home, and violations will result in a $250 fine. Parties are not allowed. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, provided they are fully housebroken and kept off all furniture and beds; however, cats and other pets are not accepted.
