• House Rules: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. AC must not be set below 70 degrees. Only black trash bags are permitted for community disposal.
• Parking: No parking on lawns, yards, or neighbor's driveways. Oversized vehicles/trailers require explicit approval.
• Fees: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Rule violations leading to eviction may result in an $850 fine.
