On the ground level, a fun bunk room—detached from the main house—offers two full-over-full bunk beds and a twin-over-twin bunk. The main floor provides four additional sleeping areas, including a king-size bed, the Whale Room with a full-over-full bunk and trundle, the Mermaid Room with twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunks (plus trundle), and a queen sleeper sofa in the library. The Whale and Mermaid rooms share a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom. Crowning the home is the sumptuous master suite, where a king-size bed faces floor-to-ceiling windows framing a stunning sea view. This level also includes another bedroom with a full-size bed and full-over-full bunk with trundle, complete with its own attached bathroom.

The wide-open, multi-level living space is anchored by a dramatic floating glass staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows. The massive kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting gleaming quartz workspaces, stainless steel appliances, and a massive sub-zero refrigerator. • Restrictions: No parties allowed; groups over 16 guests must be approved prior to booking
• AC Policy: Do not set AC below 70 degrees to prevent freezing
• Trash: Only black trash bags are permitted per community rules
• Other: Quiet hours from 10pm-8am; cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee
