The sleeping arrangements include a serene master escape with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, and a third bedroom ideal for families with a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. An additional downstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and another full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for larger groups. The ground floor bathroom is specifically designed for beach days, boasting a spacious, tiled shower for rinsing off after the sun.

Inside, the main level living area is bathed in natural light with expansive windows and high ceilings, featuring a large sectional sofa and plush armchairs. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals.
