This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The main floor welcomes you with a warm, open-concept living area and a fully-equipped kitchen boasting a breakfast bar for planning your daily adventures. On this level, you will find three bedrooms: one featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, one with two queen beds, and a third with a cozy queen-sized bed. For additional sleeping space, a spiral staircase leads to a loft area equipped with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, offering a fun retreat for younger guests.

For those seeking entertainment, the ground level houses a massive game room—separate from the main house—where you can challenge your group to ping-pong or foosball. This level also includes three full-over-queen bunk beds, making it ideal for large family gatherings or church groups.

Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. You can soak up the sun on the expansive cement patio, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool with its shallow sun shelf, or enjoy a picnic under the shade of the poolside pergola. Evenings are best spent on the wraparound deck sharing stories as you watch the sunset.

Located in the Indian Beach community of Galveston, guests are positioned just moments from the shore and have access to the local city park and Jamaica Beach community pool (for a fee, open Memorial Day through Labor Day).

• Rules: Guests must be 24+ to book. No parties allowed. Groups over 15 guests require prior approval. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
• AC Note: Please do not set the AC below 70 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
• Fees: Cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee; rule violations resulting in eviction carry an $850 fine.
