The ground floor offers a welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV and two bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, and another with two full-over-full bunk beds and a private ensuite bathroom. The upper level is home to a bright living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. This floor includes two additional comfortable bedrooms—one with a king-size bed for a relaxing retreat and another with a queen bed—along with a common full bathroom. Please note that a spiral staircase provides access to the upper floor.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can unwind on the massive front porch, complete with a dining table for evenings under the stars and cozy deck chairs for reading. The fenced backyard is perfect for barbecues and features a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that comfortably fits up to 8 people for cooling off in the Texas sunshine.

Located in the heart of Jamaica Beach, you are just a two-minute drive from the beach access point, where cars and golf carts are permitted to park. Guests also have access to the local city park and the community pool (available for a fee from Memorial Day through Labor Day).
