Designed for groups and families, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort: the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed for a restful night, while the second bedroom is ideal for families with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The third bedroom serves as a dual-purpose space, doubling as a game room and featuring another full-over-full bunk bed.

Step inside to feel the beach vibes flow throughout the open-concept living area. You can curl up on the large sectional to watch a movie on the big screen TV or gather around the kitchen peninsula in the well-equipped kitchen to plan your next adventure. For entertainment, challenge your crew to foosball or classic arcade games in the game room. Outdoor living is a highlight here; relax on the private front porch to soak up the views, or head downstairs to the breezy, open-air entertainment area featuring a bar and BBQ pit for the perfect cookout.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in the Sea Isle beach community, Coconut Cottage is just a 1-2 minute drive (or a manageable walk) from the sand. Guests enjoy a prime location with quick access to the Sea Isle beach access point. The community offers fantastic perks, including a boat launch and fishing pier accessible via provided keys, as well as a community pool (available for a fee from Memorial Day through Labor Day).

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Pets must be approved, kept off furniture, cleaned up after outdoors, and crated if left alone indoors.
• Parking: Driveway space for 4 vehicles. No parking on lawns, yards, or neighbors' driveways. Oversized vehicles/trailers require explicit approval.
• House Rules: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. AC must not be set below 70 degrees to prevent freezing.
• Policies: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. One-night stays and groups larger than 8 require approval. Evictions due to rule violations (noise, excessive guests/vehicles) result in an $850 fine.
