The ground level is dedicated to game room fun, featuring a queen bed, twin bunk bed, a full sofa bed, arcade games, a TV, a half bathroom, and a convenient washer/dryer.

The heart of the home is the inviting main level great room, boasting airy vaulted ceilings and crisp white shiplap detail. The streamlined kitchen is fully-stocked and accommodates any culinary need, featuring wood tone cabinets, quartz countertops, a peninsula bar for four, and a dining table with seating for six.

• Restrictions: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Do not set AC below 70 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
• Parking: No parking on lawns or neighbors' driveways; oversized vehicles/trailers require explicit approval.
