To ensure a smooth stay, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises. For building registration, all guests are required to send a picture of their ID. Upon arrival, guests will receive only 1 set of keys. At the end of your stay, the keyfob must be returned inside the lockbox where it was originally collected, following the specific instructions sent via message. Please be aware that any lost keyfob will result in a $250 charge. In the event of a lockout, the guest is liable and must contact a locksmith company to regain access to the premises. Guests are held responsible for any damage or missing items inside the property; please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees. Additionally, the host is not responsible for construction disturbances or the closure of building amenities during your stay, and refunds do not apply in these instances.
