The space
Take Alto is a top-floor studio on Take Ionescu Boulevard with a fully equipped kitchen: induction stove and vent hood, single oven, compact fridge with freezer, and dishwasher, plus a coffee machine (Nespresso, French press, or Moka pot), toaster, and electric kettle.

Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper are all included, along with full crockery, cutlery and wine glasses.

A dedicated dining area with height-adjustable bar stools keeps things functional.

The space is designed around rest and comfort. A large, incredibly cozy king-size bed (160×200 cm) anchors the room, dressed in quality cotton linen with extra pillows and blankets available. A big dresser, a safe, iron and ironing board keep you organized for longer stays.

Blackout blinds and mosquito nets on the windows mean you can sleep in complete darkness and comfort, any time of day. The split-type AC and central heating with an adjustable thermostat keep the temperature just right, year-round.

The enclosed balcony steals the show: two oversized lounge chairs and an unobstructed city skyline view. From the 10th floor, half of Timișoara is yours to take in.

Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully styled with natural plants and generous storage space. Two full-size mirrors, one beside the bed and one in the entry hallway, complete the space. For those who need to stay productive, there is a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, and an Ethernet connection. A TV with cable/satellite, a yoga mat, a curated selection of books and reading material, and board games round out the entertainment options.

The bathroom is modern and surprisingly spacious for a studio. A walk-in shower comes stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are all provided. The in-unit washing machine includes free detergent, a clothes drying rack is available, and a hair dryer is conveniently placed near the dedicated sockets.

Families are warmly welcome: a travel cot, high chair, children's tableware, and books and toys for children of all ages are all available upon request.

The building is secure and well-equipped with exterior security cameras at the entrance and in the hallways. Inside the apartment, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all provided for your peace of mind. Access is easy via the lift, and self check-in is available through a lockbox so you can arrive on your own schedule. Luggage drop-off is also allowed for guests arriving early or departing late.

Outside, street parking is available (free on weekends), with a paid car park nearby and a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicle owners. A launderette is also located nearby. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are very much welcome, and pets are allowed too.

All the space in the apartment is available for guests, the apartment has only one direct neighbour so this studio is pretty private.
