The lower level provides further comfort with three additional bedrooms, including one independent suite featuring its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Security Deposits: A total of €10,000 is required (€4,000 standard deposit + €6,000 Extra Host Required Deposit)
• House Rules: Family-only retreat. No groups, parties, or events. Strict silence required between 22:00h and 09:00h.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Spa area access is limited to guests aged 16 and above.
• Additional Services: Pool heating is available upon request (96 hours notice) for €250.00 per week.
