October 15 - 31, 2024: Replace 3rd floor carpeting in all buildings (does not apply to our building)
November and December: Spalling/jack hammering project in various garages.

Guests will have full exclusive access to all parts of our beach home. Detailed access instructions will be provided to each guest prior to arrival, including images of designated parking & front door entry location.
