The cabin is designed for high-capacity comfort, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate large groups, with a Master Bedroom featuring a queen bed on the main floor, two additional bedrooms with queen beds upstairs, and two ultimate bunk rooms downstairs—each equipped with two twin-over-full bunks. For additional guests, fold-out sofas are available in the loft and the main living room.

Inside, the home offers multiple gathering spaces to ensure everyone has room to spread out. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring two prepping sinks, making it easy for multiple cooks to prepare hearty meals for the whole group. Guests can unwind in the cozy living room by the crackling wood-burning fireplace or head to the dedicated teen hangout space and game table for some friendly competition. Outside, the expansive deck provides spectacular lake views and outdoor seating, while a cozy firepit is perfect for evening s'mores and storytelling.

Located in the heart of Garden City, Kickback Kabin is within walking distance to Marina Beach, a local coffee shop, and a grocery store. • Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Space for up to 6 vehicles. Please note the driveway is quite steep; 4WD or AWD with snow tires is strongly recommended during winter months. Contact the host if bringing snowmobile trailers.
• Security: Outward-facing front door camera and a decibel-only noise monitoring device are in use. No indoor cameras.
• Requirements: Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID and selfie via the Happy Stays Portal.
