• Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Please notify the front desk within the first 30 minutes of check-in regarding any cleaning issues or unit concerns.
• Guests are asked not to rearrange furniture or remove items from the condo, as all contents are inventoried; any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
• Daily service includes bed making and trash removal. For stays of one week or longer, bed linens are changed mid-week.
• All trash must be placed in designated areas and never left in the hallways.
• Room keys must be returned upon departure to avoid replacement charges.

For those enjoying the community amenities, please note that the pool and hot tub are open from 7 am to 11 pm. No glass is permitted in the pool area, and there are no lifeguards on duty. Children under 5 are not permitted in the hot tub, and children aged 5 to 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
