Guests can unwind in the cozy living room, which features a warm electric fireplace and comfortable seating, or prepare meals in the full kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, a coffee bar, and convenient counter seating.

• Private Deck: A 300 sq ft personal outdoor space with a fire table and stunning city views
• Shared Rooftop: An expansive 2,000 sq ft area featuring a fire table, outdoor dining, and views of downtown
• Game Room: A shared, free entertainment center with 5 arcade machines, ping pong, a dartboard, and a 50” TV

Situated directly on Broad Street, the location provides unmatched walkability. You are just steps away from the city’s best bars, restaurants, shops, and marinas. Because of this prime position, guests have a front-row seat to the energy of Prescott, including the local nightlife, music, traffic, and trains; please note that this may not be the ideal fit for those sensitive to sound.

Practical Details:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via secure door code. Early check-in is available at 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM for $9/hour.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available at noon for $18, or $9/hour thereafter if available.
• Pet Policy: Well-behaved, well-traveled pets are welcome for a flat fee of $28 per stay (covers up to 2 pets). All pets must be included in the reservation.

Note: This is a discounted 2-bedroom version of a larger condo. While the condo remains fully private, the Peach bedroom will be locked and unavailable during your stay. Your access includes the Primary and Teal bedrooms, the main living areas, and the private deck.
