Additional Condominium Rules & Possible Fines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, Opal Suites has established the following mandatory condominium rules. Any fines imposed by the condominium administration due to violations during your stay will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including:

Rooftop Swimming pool Gym Steam room Hallways and common areas

Fine: MXN $2,500

Glass Containers

For everyone's safety, glass bottles, glasses, or any other glass objects are strictly prohibited in:

Rooftop Pool area BBQ area Gym Steam room

If glass breaks:

Broken glass outside the pool: MXN $2,500 Broken glass inside the swimming pool: MXN $20,000, as the pool must be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled. Noise Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Please keep music and conversations at a respectful volume at all times.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the property.

Visitors Only registered guests may stay overnight. A maximum of 6 registered visitors is permitted per unit when using the common areas. The reservation holder is fully responsible for the conduct of all visitors. Pool Rules Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM Shower before entering. No diving or jumping. Children (14 years old or younger) must always be supervised by an adult. Food is not permitted inside the pool. Proper swimwear is required. Lounge chairs may not be reserved. Rooftop Rules Do not use the elevator while wearing wet clothing. Food is only permitted in the BBQ dining area. Please dispose of trash properly. Do not use planters as trash bins. Pets

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Only legally recognized service animals are allowed in accordance with condominium regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited in all common areas:

Nudity Sexual activity Damage to condominium facilities Misuse of common areas Responsibility for Fines

Any fine issued by the Opal Suites Condominium Administration due to violations committed by guests or their visitors during the reservation will be charged to the reservation holder through Airbnb or the corresponding booking platform.
