House Rules: This apartment is exclusively for vacation rentals. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed until 10 PM (Sunday-Thursday), 12 AM (Friday-Saturday), and 1 AM on major holidays. Smoking is prohibited inside the building but permitted on the rooftop (accessible 10 AM to 10 PM) or private terraces. Please be mindful that Mexico City is a bustling metropolis, and some outside noise is to be expected. Violations of house rules may result in penalties, including fines of $2,000.00 MXN or eviction.
