To ensure a peaceful environment for all, specific house rules are strictly enforced. No smoking is permitted in or around the property, including balconies, corridors, and common areas. Parties, gatherings, and excessive noise are prohibited, and the home is equipped with an excessive noise alert system. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Guests must complete a rental agreement and provide ID copies within 72 hours of receiving the form for insurance verification and smart home programming. Violation of any house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.
