Designed for group stays, the château features 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The ground floor welcomes you with a majestic entrance hall, three refined lounges–one featuring a billiards table–and a bright, cosy bedroom with a Queen-size bed. A spacious dining room with a table for 15 guests is perfect for family gatherings, complemented by a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area and direct terrace access. Upstairs, you will find four double bedrooms with Queen-size beds and two additional bedrooms each containing two single beds, ideal for children or young adults. A modern shower room with twin sinks and three additional bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, serve the property.

Step outside into a true haven of peace featuring a large landscaped garden. Guests can enjoy a private 10 x 5 m swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, and an outdoor lounge area, all while taking in spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Périgord region, the château is exceptionally situated. Within walking distance, you will find the millennial castle of Bourdeilles, a bakery, children's playground, tennis and basketball courts, and kayak rentals. Nearby attractions include the Roman bridge, Brantôme Abbey–the "Venice of Périgord"–and the stunning Renaissance Château de Puyguilhem. For practical needs, supermarkets and gas stations are located 10 minutes away in Brantôme, with Périgueux just 30 minutes by car.
