The home is thoughtfully arranged over one floor with simple facilities to ensure a relaxing stay. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms, each featuring a 140 x 200 bed, and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find two bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom includes its own attached bathroom. The ground floor offers a bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a small television, and a pretty dining room with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property; during the summer, guests can enjoy the garden, which comes equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. For convenience, a parking space is available directly in front of the house, with another available nearby.

Located in a prime position, you are just steps away from the panoramic garden of Limeuil, local artisans, pebble beaches, and various restaurants. For those who love the outdoors, hiking trails and the greenway are easily accessible. Please note that the house is best accessed by car as there is no public transport in Limeuil and very few taxis.
