The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping configuration includes 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, featuring two King suites and one Queen suite. On the ground level, guests will find a Queen Bedroom Suite complete with its own private balcony, a full bathroom, and a convenient small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The second level houses the main bedroom suite, which boasts a uniquely set up large en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. For additional privacy, the second King bedroom suite is a standalone space with its own private access, a toilet and sink, and a distinctive outdoor shower.

Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the first-floor kitchen serves as the heart of the home, opening into a living room and a balcony that acts as an extension of the indoor space. This area provides amazing northwestern facing views of the harbor and stunning summer sunsets. Guests can relax in the conversation area or on sun lounges while watching yachts cruise by.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are permitted, subject to a $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please note that the base rental rate covers up to 4 guests; additional guests beyond the 4th incur a fee of $20 per night. An electricity allowance of $75 per week is included, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. The minimum age to book this property is 21.
