Inside the 1,175 square foot home, you will find an open design featuring a cozy living room with a plush new sofa, loveseat, and a wall-mounted 40" flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring new countertops, stylish barstools, and modern appliances including a dishwasher, brand new microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. A west-facing private balcony with outdoor furniture provides breathtaking mountain views and serene Colorado sunsets. Please note that the gas fireplace is currently out of order.
