The upstairs spare bedroom includes an adult-sized queen-over-double bunk bed. For larger groups, the downstairs bedroom is designed as a bunk room with all new bedding, featuring a double-over-queen bunk bed, two twin beds, and two full-sized futons (similar to twin XLs). The living area is equipped with very nice couches and opens seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; parties and loud music are strictly prohibited
• Pet-friendly: Maximum of 1 pet allowed with a $75 fee; pets are not permitted on furniture and must not be left alone to bark
• Check-out requirements: Set thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the dumpster to avoid a $150 fee
