A second upstairs bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a full-sized bed on top. The hallway features a full bathroom with a cool barn door slider. Downstairs, you will find a unique second unit that is completely separate from the upstairs (accessible via the garage). This lower unit includes its own full kitchen, a small living room, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a trundle (providing two single beds), making it a great space for children. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and bedroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, featuring a new heated pool and hot tub completed in April 2022. An awesome long deck off the kitchen is perfect for sipping margaritas at sunset or hanging out with the family. While the home does not have private direct bay access, guests can walk to the end of the public street to fish in the bay. For those bringing gear, there is a two-car garage, with one side dedicated to storage for kiteboards, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. This property is not suitable for family reunions, parties, or group BBQs; unregistered guests over 14 will result in eviction. Smoking and loud noises are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required prior to arrival. Guests must be at least 25 years old. Upon checkout, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and take all trash to the dumpster to avoid an excessive cleaning fee of $150.
