Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. While we love hosting group celebrations, parties and events are strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited inside or near the house; smoking is only permitted at the end of the rear garden. To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, please keep noise to an appropriate level outdoors and ensure the gravel area at the rear is used only for parking after 11:00 PM. The use of glitter or confetti bombs is strictly prohibited and will result in an additional cleaning charge of £50. The property accommodates up to 16 guests.
